Conveyance of all reports to the Technical Secretariat
Creation of a Project Homepage/ Information material (folder)
Signing of the partnership contracts
Organisation of the Kick-Off Workshop
6 further Workshops (biannually)
Implementation of the project according to the time table
Compliance of the project aims/ the budget
Timely reporting
