Signing ceremony of financing agreement under the Operational Program Slovenia-Austria 2007 - 2013. Kulturhaus Bleiburg/Pliberk. With signatures of mayor of Klagenfurt, Mr. Scheider and municipal councilor Mrs. Wulz, Slovenian public administration authority (Government Office for Local Government and Regional Policy) provided funding for EU project PMinter, which is 85 percent financed by the ERDF funds (approximately  € 2.1 million). Total project costs amount to approx. € 2.5 million.
